Our origin, journey, and destination
Our history
The founders of Migropa met each other in 2012 when Stefan (German) was doing his academic exchange at the university where Paola (Colombian) was volunteering in a welcome and integration program for foreigners. A couple of years later, both embarked on personal migration journeys to and from Europe. Along the way, they met hundreds of people facing and overcoming the challenges of migration, integration, and building a life between Europe and Latin America. Based on these experiences and testimonies, reunited in Germany in 2020, our founders decided to distill and professionalize migration advice for Latin American migrants in Europe and found Migropa. Since then, Migropa has been committed to helping the Latin American community realize their dream of emigrating to Europe and integrating economically and culturally in an effective way. Our vision
Migropa's vision is to become the best and largest immigration advisory platform for Latin Americans who want to migrate to Europe or better integrate into the DACH region by 2030. With this vision, we want to help thousands of people on their journey to Europe and in their economic and cultural integration. In addition, with this strategy, we want to help European countries and companies attract and integrate the right migrants to address demographic change.
Our mission
Every migration journey is unique, but many of the barriers faced by Latin American migrants are similar. That is why we work every day to help our clients with professional, effective, and reliable guidance to take their migration process to the next level, with an individual roadmap built on the lessons learned from the experiences of hundreds of Latin American migrants in Europe.
